No, Keyz does not offer one-way rental services.

Our rentals come with unlimited mileage within a 150km radius of Brisbane City.

Currently, Keyz does not provide this service. However, our vehicle models do have CarPlay and some models have built-in GPS.

Yes, 24/7 roadside assistance is included with all rentals.

Accident & Insurance

Your safety is our top priority. Please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure everyone is safe and call emergency services if needed.
  2. Notify the police if the accident involves injury or significant damage.
  3. Contact us immediately during business hours (8 AM –4 PM) to report the incident.
  4. Do not admit fault or negotiate with other parties on-site.

Yes, the insurance excess is payable in the event of any accident or damage, regardless of who was at fault. Once the excess is paid, we will work with the relevant parties and our insurer to investigate the at-fault party.

If the other party is proven to be fully at fault and their insurance accepts liability, we will do our best to recover your excess. If successful, we will refund the recovered amount to you.

The standard insurance excess varies depending on the insurance level chosen at the time of collection. The exact amount will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Yes, we offer optional Excess Reduction Coverage for an additional fee at the time of booking and/or collection. This can significantly reduce the amount payable in the event of damage. It cannot be added after you leave with the vehicle.

Failure to report an accident immediately may result in your excess reduction being void, therefore you are liable for the full cost of repairs. Always contact us as soon as possible.
