MODERN & ICONIC
The Sorento has evolved with a new interpretation of the unmistakable ‘tiger nose’ grille, displaying a wider shape which organically wraps around the integrated LED headlights on each side.
The sharper, more assertive appearance is complemented by a wider lower air intake, book ended by wing-shaped air curtains to channel air around the car.
SPACIOUS CABIN
Inside, the attractive, upscale cabin of the Kia Sorento introduces a sophisticated new design, incorporating cutting-edge infotainment, supreme practicality, and premium-grade materials. One of the highest quality interior spaces found in any Kia to-date, the intuitive, tech-oriented cabin of the new Sorento retains the spaciousness and three-row versatility that has characterised the Sorento over its 18-year existence. Yet it now provides owners with something altogether more striking, desirable and comfortable.
POWER MEETS FINESSE
Easy to manoeuvre and fun to drive, the new, lighter-weight Sorento is available with a choice of spirited and efficient engines. Choose from an all new SmartStream 3.5L V6 petrol or a SmartStream 2.2L turbo diesel engine. The 8-speed automatic & a Kia first wet-type dual clutch transmissions are smooth, sporty and smart.
DESIGNED TO PROTECT
The Kia Sorento was first introduced in Australia and New Zealand in August 2020. This ANCAP safety rating applies to the 3.5 litre petrol, 2.2 litre diesel, HEV and PHEV variants.
Dual frontal, side chest-protecting and side head-protecting (curtain) airbags are standard. A centre airbag which provides added protection to front seat occupants in side impact crashes is also standard on all variants.
Autonomous emergency braking (Car-to-Car, Vulnerable Road User and Junction Assist) as well as a lane support system with lane keep assist (LKA), lane departure warning (LDW) and emergency lane keeping (ELK), and a speed assist system (SAS) are standard on all variants.
